RecognizerEvent.toString bug 

I'm using the latest jsapi20.jar from Conversay and I found this "bug" when doing a toString in a RecognizerEvent:

<SynthesizerEvent id='ENGINE_ALLOCATED' newEngineState='0x8051' oldEngineState='0x2'><Source>EngineName:FULL</Source></RecognizerEvent>
